At Black College Volleyball, our mission is to celebrate, elevate, and create opportunities for Black female volleyball athletes by providing the exposure, experiences, and empowerment they deserve.

We exist to bridge the gap between undiscovered talent and national recognition, helping top Black athletes connect with HBCU volleyball programs that share their drive, purpose, and championship mindset. Our goal is to strengthen HBCU recruiting pipelines, helping programs attract elite athletes capable of competing — and winning — on the NCAA national stage.

Through highlights, storytelling, media coverage, and events, we shine a spotlight on the culture, excellence, and power of Black volleyball — inspiring the next generation to dream bigger, train harder, and rise higher.
